Todd Schlekeway currently serves as the Executive Director for the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), a trade association in the wireless infrastructure industry. He and his wife, Jill, have three boys.

A Strong Work Ethic

His time on the USF basketball team instilled in him a strong work ethic, but the overall Christian culture at the college had a profound impact on him as well. "Specifically, former USF football Coach Bob Young stands out as a Christian role model, and USF Criminal Justice professor Beth O'Toole stands out as a caring professor," he says. "Both were instrumental in establishing this culture and leaving a strong footprint on campus during my tenure."

USF Expanded Horizons

Schlekeway says he valued having a liberal arts education. "It helped expand my interests and enhanced my ability to relate to a diverse group of people with different interests and backgrounds," he says.

Quality Relationships Matter

"I can tell you that the USF community and relationships I have cultivated through the University have been instrumental in helping me advance my career and political interests," he says.

What Is USF In One Word

"Investment," says Schlekeway. "A USF education is a great investment that produces enormous dividends when it comes to growing stronger in your faith, receiving a top-notch liberal arts education and great post-graduate career opportunities."
