“I was interested in the Degree Completion Program at USF specifically because I knew that it would allow for two things,” recalls Erica Anderson a DCP graduate in Business from USF who has gone from intern to manager at MetaBank. “The first essential for me was flexibility. This was vital because I was working full time and had two little ones at home. I knew with this program I could fit school in when it worked for me and around my current schedule. The second essential was that I could pick up exactly where I had left off with my Associate Degree from Southeast Technical Institute. This too was important because I wouldn’t be repeating courses that I had already completed.”
