USF Alumni to be honored at community celebration

The University of Sioux Falls will celebrate the achievements of five alumni Friday, October 4 at the Washington Pavilion with an Alumni Achievement Awards Celebration and Dinner during Cougar Days.
These Alumni Achievements Awards recognize outstanding alumni who have made exceptional contributions to their fields of endeavor, their communities and their churches. Ted Talks, investment banking success, training musicians and teaching discipleship are just a few areas for which alumni are being honored. The following awards will be given to the five recipients below:
- Pacesetter Award: Kyle Schock ‘11
- Lois Harchanko Distinguished Music Award: Nancy Wilcoxson ‘85
- Dr. Firman A. Early Distinguished Ministry Award: Tom Henderson ‘98
- Dr. A. O. Larsen Distinguished Alumni Award: Marilyn Aronson ‘60 and Neil Ihde ’94
Alumni, friends of the university, community leaders and the general public are invited to enjoy an evening dedicated to celebrating the excellence and impact that USF alumni are making in the Sioux Falls community and world beyond.
The celebration will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by a program at 6:30 p.m. Semi-formal dress is recommended. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.usiouxfalls.edu/cougardays under the registration buttons to the right.
